Frank also leads the firm’s efforts in evolving their ways of working to create an optimal experience for their clients and people. \nIn addition to his internal leadership role\, Frank continues to serve clients in the areas of wellbeing and ways of working. He was previously East Region Leader for People Advisory Services\, advising clients on organization effectiveness\, talent management\, culture transformation\, and leadership alignment matters.
