Public Agency at WMCAT started with the goal of seeing opportunity, equity, and innovation flourish in our region. Over their 15-year history, West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT) has invested in creating equitable access to opportunity. Public Agency at WMCAT launched in 2016 to better point their efforts externally toward community challenges and solutions.

Public Agency is a human-centered design consultancy within WMCAT that helps organizations foster a culture of equity, action, and innovation. We have a portfolio of work at the intersection of equity and innovation with grassroots organizations, businesses, and public entities locally, statewide, and nationally.
