At our Sept. 13 event, meet partners who can provide a stream of talent

The best-performing companies already have talent pipelines in place for vacancies they forecast for years in the future. When positions open, they’re ready to fill them, because they have consistent access to a pool of qualified candidates.

How do they do that?

Find out at the kickoff of our Fall 2023 Talent Solutions Series, where we’ll discuss proven talent pipeline strategies. What’s more, we will connect you with regional sources you can tap for a steady stream of qualified candidates.

We’re going to make this fun, too: Connect with partners to fill out your bingo card, and you can become eligible to win a reMarkable 2 tablet.

The Expand Your Talent Pipeline event, 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 at Calvin University’s Prince Conference Center in Grand Rapids, features a panel of local experts followed a partner fair where you can directly engage with sources of local talent.

To date, 11 education providers, 11 community organizations, and six vetted staffing firms have confirmed their participation. They are ready to build the relationships you need to supply your talent pipeline, meet your talent needs, and diversify your workforce.
