TalentFirst partners with CEOs across West Michigan to work toward our vision of positioning West Michigan among the top 20% of regions in the nation for workforce quality. One of our strategies to achieve this is actively encouraging West Michigan employers to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. This approach has shown to increase the size of the workforce, significantly enhance business success, bolster the economic vitality of the region, and create an environment where individuals within our community can truly thrive.

CEOs who sign this commitment become a part of a group of 70 CEOs across West Michigan who are dedicated to addressing and diminishing disparities within our labor force through assessment, intentional action, and continuous improvement.
