TalentFirst | 2015 Inclusion Interview Reports

Details

TalentFirst (formerly Talent 2025) generated the 2015 Inclusion Interview Report to educate our member companies and the West Michigan employer community on effective strategies used by local companies to attract and retain diverse talent. The interviews, focus groups, and survey were centered on gender, race, ethnicity, family structure, and veteran inclusion.

While the report itself is somewhat dated, the strategies and recommendations are based on the results of these interviews as well as other data collected, and serve as the foundation to the work being done through the Workforce DE&I Working Group  today.

Recommendations

Company Level:

Large Employer (over 1,000 employees), Mid-size Employer (250-1,000 employees), Small Employer (fewer than 250 employees)

Type:

Implementation, Informational
